At HISTORIE, we specialize in curating pre-loved luxury goods, ensuring each item is authenticated and shipped with the utmost care. We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience throughout the United States. Please review our shipping policy below for details on rates, timelines, and procedures. Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- The items undergo a final inspection and authentication check before shipping, which may add up to 1 additional business day for quality assurance.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped via FedEx within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
- Orders under $500: $10.00 flat rate via FedEx Ground (3-5 business days)
- Orders $500 and over: FREE shipping via FedEx Ground (3-5 business days)
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Note: For high-value items (over $500), we require signature confirmation upon delivery for added security.
Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors like weather or carrier delays.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- Track your package directly on FedEx's website.
Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@historieluxury.com with your order number and details.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement (subject to availability).
- All shipments are insured, but claims require proof of damage (e.g., photos).
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reship at the customer's expense.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not offer combined shipping for multiple items to ensure each piece is packaged securely.
- We comply with all U.S. shipping laws and restrictions on luxury items (e.g., no shipping of counterfeit goods—all our items are authenticated).
- Hazardous materials or restricted items (if any) will not be shipped.
